What’s included, and what isn’t
What is included in the prices?
Scoping, building, testing, training and documentation. The exact price of each project is set in writing at the end of the diagnostic.
What is not included?
Software licences (Power BI Pro, for example), paid directly to the vendor, and changes requested after delivery, which fall under monthly support or a new quote.
What happens if we stop?
Monthly support ends at the end of the current month, with no penalty. Everything we built stays with you and keeps working.
Why is there no VAT?
KAVDAL is a French micro-business under the VAT franchise scheme: VAT does not apply (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). The price shown is the price you pay.
How does payment work?
The diagnostic is paid online when you book. For projects, a deposit on order and the balance on delivery, as set out in our terms.
